The wife of William Hicklin was the sister of Littleton Isbell. They weren't children of Zachariah Isbell. Their parents were Henry Isbell (born c1720) and Elizabeth (Randolph or Littleton, depending on who is correct). This Henry may have been a first cousin of Zachariah. He wasn't Zach's brother Henry Jr. but may have been the son of Henry Sr.'s brother William Jr. Or perhaps a third brother. Records of the early Isbell generations are so fragmentary as regards to family relationships and since many of them used family names over and over, any such speculation risks error. But I think that's basically correct or the most likely correct anyway.
Henry and Elizabeth Isbell were in S.C. by 1744 when their daughter Ann was born there.Zachariah Isbell didn't go to South Carolina until about 1757.
