I am looking for information on my great grandfather Fracis Hibbert. I know that he came from england and was sent to Canada as one of the home children. He arrived in Canada May 12 1913 and departed from Liverpool. His age listed is 12. These children that were sent over were all orphans. The info on his age may be incorrect as all this info was handwritten and is hard to read. I do know that only 20 Hibberts were sent to Canad as part of the home children between the years of 1869 to 1916. He did marry my great grandmother and her info is she was born on Sept 1 1881, 37 Alma Road Subdistrict of Green in the county of Middlesex Registration district Bethnal Green Her name was Phoebe Mary Ann Sayce, father William Sayce ,Profession Carman mother Mary Alice Sayce formerly Lesurf. Any info on Francis Hibbert or his wife would be greatly appriciated.
