I have copies of some pages taken from the Hibbard Genealogy published in 1901 showing my direct line back to John Hibbard, born in Salisbury, England and baptized
March 13, 1613. (Another record shows his wife, Joan Luff)
My direct line as follows:
1. Robert & Joan Luff
2. John Hibbard b. 1642 married 1st Abigain Graves
2nd Ruth Walden
3. John Hibbard b. 1682 married Dorothy Graves
4. John Hibbard B. 1716 Married Hannah Pottle
5. John Hibbard b. 1743 married Sarah Parker
6. Dorcus Hibbard b.1790 married Phillip Wight
7, Rhoda Wight b. 1818 married Amaziah Loomis
8. Emmitt Loomis b. 1847 married Catherine Hamilton
9. George Loomis married Julia A. Miller
10 Georgia Ann Loomis (self) married Kermit R. Bell
Someone named Gary Boyd Roberts made a chart several years ago showing that I and Lady Di had a common ancestor. Mine being John Hibbard who married Ruth Walden and hers was his brother Robert Hibbard that married Ruth's sister, Mary Walden. (The Hibbard Genealogy of 1901 shows that Robert died young)
