John S Sambrano was born about 1916/1917 in the Philippines.
He joined the US forces on Oct 3, 1941 in WW II and was in the Coast Artillery Corps (or the Army Mine Planter Serv) He was an enlisted man, Regular Army, within 3 mos of discharge or former WAAC Auxilary. I need to know what unit/regiment/company he was with. He was also supposedly in Germany at some point.
He married Ana (maiden unk) in the Philippines and later moved to Los Angeles co., California where died last year Dec. 2006. He also lived somewhere in Hawaii for about 20 years possibly about 1970 to 1990.
Some known children are Evangeline (Bernhardt), Fortunato, Ferdinand all currently in Los Angeles Co CA.
