Aloha all,
If you're interested or having problems with researching your family history and genealogy...then the next "free genealogy assist" event will be in Waipahu, at the Hawaii Plantation Village < http://www.hawaiiplantationvillage.org > on Saturday, 2 May 2009 from 10am to 2pm.
Thus far, the cultures of Japan, China, Okinawa, Philippines, Scotland, Ireland, Portugal (both the Azores and Madeira), American Indian, Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR), the Family History Center (FHC), Hawaii (of course) and Spain have volunteers to help you.
In any case, bring your pedigree sheets, your photos, your problems, your interest, or anything you might want to discuss.
