Since my original query, I've discovered a great deal more about this ancestor, including a correction for his date of death. I welcome contacts for information exchange and further corrections/additions of information. My updated information is:
Zimri Brewer Heywood, born May 24, 1803 in Winslow, ME; died Thursday, July 31, 1879 in West Berkeley, CA at age 76 years, 2 months, 7 days, [buried Aug 02, 1879 at Lone Mountain Cemetery in San Francisco, CA; moved to Laurel Hill Garden section of Cypress Lawn Cemetery, in Colma, CA July 25, 1940]. He was the son of Samuel Heywood and Elizabeth Faxon Hayden and grandson of Capt. Zimri Heywood/Jane Foster and Col. Josiah Hayden/Silence Howard.
He married (M1) Hannah Cooper Dec 09, 1826 in Charlotte Co., New Brunswick, Canada [Her parents currently Unk].
He married (M2) Jane P. Scott [born Feb 19, 1812 in St. James, New Brunswick, Canada; died Mar 28, 1841 in Calais, Washington Co., ME ] Apr 10, 1836 in Charlotte Co., New Brunswick, Canada. She was the daughter of probably William Chase Scott and Mary Mitchell.
He married (M3) Rebecca Scott [born Jul 18, 1818 in St. James, New Brunswick, Canada; died Mar 30, 1845 in Calais, Washington Co., ME ] Aug 1842 in Calais, Washington Co., ME . She was the daughter of probably William Chase Scott and Mary Mitchell .
He married (M4) Ann Bullock [Marriage intentions filed in Calais, ME Dec 16, 1848; Ann was enumerated in household of Zimri B. Heywood in 1850 U.S. Federal Census taken in ME; CA marriage reported by George Pettit in Berkeley: the Town and Gown of it is in error]. She was born May 03, 1821 in St. George, New Brunswick, Canada; died Jan 10, 1902 at age 85 years in Livermore, CA [Record of burial found at Mt. View Cemetery, Oakland, CA. She remarried Jan 01, 1880, following the death of Zimri B. Heywood, to Professor Adolph Sommer [Named as “Mrs. Adolph Sommer” in Obituary of daughter, and enumerated as wife of “Adolph Somer” in 1880 U.S. Federal Census]. She was the daughter of parents Unk of possibly New Brunswick, Canada .
