Looking for family of Martha Hewitt, b. abt 1843, in IL, third wife of James Thayer. Children: Frank, Jonathan, and Alice, b. Coleta, Whiteside Co, IL. Ora G., Sarah, and Robert Marvin, b. in Kickapoo, Vernon Co, WI. I find James Thear, and his second wife, with three children, in Genesee, Whiteside Co, IL, in 1855 IL Census. A Henry Huit family is a next door neighbor. Is this Martha Hewitt's/ Huit's family?
