Oldman's Creek

I have been reading The English Ancestral Family of Wm & Deborah HEWES and it says that William HEWES died 1698 and is buried on the plantation on Oldman's Creek, Salem Co., NJ.
It says that the land is military now. Does anyone know if you can visit this area? I would really appreciate any info.
Thank you.
Sandy
