hello, I never realised that there were many more of us. My name is Eleanor Maire Louise Hevey. I am a 21 year old development studies student and I split my time between Norfolk, England and Co. Clare, Ireland. I have a 28 yr old brother Ciaran Edward Hevey living in London. My father is Seamus Hevey. He was born in Donegal but grew up in Draperstown, Northern Ireland before marrying and moving to England. its quite an interesting story. My father has one full brother Phonsie, and the two of them were brought up by the Mcaffertys and Kerrigans, after my
grandmother died of M.S. when they were very young. Their father Christopher Hevey moved to England, and it was not until recently he discovered many half brothers and sisters. I think my grandfathers family was from mullingar in Co. Meath. The Hevey institute is there. basicly not very many generations ago the heveys had a big house and money, and half of it was gambled away and half of it was given to the church/ school. My uncle phonsie has a wife, Teresa and 2 sons and 1 daughter. Were all doing really well as a new generation, but we are all globe trotters, rolling stones and have scattered again. Anyway if there are anymore heveys nearby I would be really interested to get in contact. Elle x
