I am searching for the first husband of Eve or Eva Catherine who married an unknown Hevener. She had children, I am sure of 3 daughters, Sasannah born 1 April 1777 and died ca 1791 in Dutchess or Rensslear Co., N.Y. No known marriage. Betsey born 1782 died unmarried 2 June 1805 and buried in the abandoned Luthernan cemetery in Rensslear Co., NY. Regina born 6 Dec. 1778. Nothing more known of her. Then there was a son. Don't know where he fits in and don't know his first name. He also was in Rensslear Co. in the late 1700's early 1800's. Eve married Jacob Bachman before 1787. They went on to have 4 Bachman children, (My Line). I know that Jacob Bachman was from Northhampton Co., Pa. and that he moved to Dutchess Co., NY before 1790 when he shows on Census. He was in the Revolution out of Northhampton, Co. Don't know if he married Eve Catherine before or after the move. Jacob is buried in the same cemetery as Betsey but a few graves separate them but her stone says "stepdaughter of Jacob Bachman". Did anyone lose this widow of unknown Hevener and her children? Help!
