It looks like Hunter. It and Hester often look alike. It is probably correct in the first (county) and maybe the second (state) copy, since they are not phonetically similar. The Federal copies of the 1850-1870 censuses are believed to be the third copy. The state copy sometimes has more information, such as the county of birth (in-state only). NC has the state copies in their archives, but I don't know if TN preserved theirs.
