It is nice to meet a new cousin.. our other
FLEMING cousins will be happy to know you.

Our first FLEMING was John FLEMING born 1775
in Virginia. We believe his father was
John FLEMING.. and that is where we have our
brick wall. John married a woman by the name of Mary...perhaps Mary WALLE or NALLE
or perhaps neither of the above two names.

They were parents of 10 children.. John and
his 10 children left Hampshire county, Virginia about 1823.. without a wife/mother
with them. They arrived in Crawford county
Ohio where most of the children married. All
went to Valparaiso, Porter county Indiana..
that is except one daughter, Elizabeth who
married a William SHULTS and stayed in
Crawford county, Ohio. John and Mary FLEMING'S children all born Hampshire, county, Virginia were:
1. Mary 28 Oct 1804 [your line] md Peter
