Hello, I am seeking some help. I have a marriage record for the following:

Groom: Robert Hervey, age 26, born in Allegany, PA., parents William and Maria Hervey, residing in Wetzel County, Virginia (later to be West Virginia)

Bride: Rebecca Debolt, age 20, born in PA., parents are Benjmain and Dorcas Debolt, resident of Wetzel County, VA.

Married in Wetzel County, VA. on 15 December 1859

Can anyone tell me anything about this Robert Hervey? Should it be Harvey? The record that I have, which is a copy of the original, clearly says Hervey.
