I am trying my luck here. I am hitting brick walls. I am looking for information on Herman(n) and Maria Her(t)z. I know they are either from Austria or Geramany. They arrived in the US before 1896 in NYC. They had two children I know of. William Herz and Anna Maria Herz. William married Marie? and had two sons named William and Edward. Marie is still alive and living on Long Island, she is around 103 years old. Anna Maria married a man with the last name of Wolf. He died of a brain tumor after 10 years of marriage. She then married Robert Lecher and adopted his son Robert Joseph. Robert's first wife was named Louise? and she was Marie's (the one living in Long Island) sister. Robert and Anna Maria had two children Diane Martina and Eugene Edward.
