I am looking for the parents of Henry Hershey. I have seen Henry Hershey b. July 5, 1823 Lancaster PA, d. 1850 Montgomery County Ohio listed as son of (Jacob, Jacob, Andrew, Andrew, Hans Andrew, Franziest, Conrad, Jog) on some sites but not on others. I know from the births of Jacob's children that the family moved from Lancaster County PA to Clark County Ohio between 1832 and 1835. Since Henry died in 1850 he is not on any of the Montgomery County Ohio Census. I do not have access to the Lancaster County PA Census for 1830 so have no proof that my Henry was son of Jacob. Does anyone have access to the 1830 Lancaster County Census that would show Henry as Jacob's son?
He married Lydia Martin in February 17, 1848 in Montgomery County Ohio. They had one son: John Corneilus (Neil) Hershey b. January 1, 1849. Lydia's second marriage was to George B. Adams. They married August 21, 1855 in Montgomery County Ohio.
