Isaac HERSHEY was born 9 September 1862. He married Maggie DILL on 21 March 1883 in the Presbyterian Manse at Rodney, Aldborough Twp., Elgin Co., Ontario, Canada.
Apparently Isaac was searching for land in Western Canada in the late 1890s. The family left Ontario (Niagara Falls - Navy Island) and homesteaded in the area of Irma - Wainwright, Alberta in the early 1900s. Isaac died on 10 December 1930.(His body was shipped east for burial - 13 Dec 1930 possibly Niagara Falls? although the exact location is unknown.)
Isaac & Maggie's children include: Emma Louise, David, Benjamin, Isaac Jr., Mary Magdalena, Elizabeth Gertrude, Robert F., and William. There were 3-5 more children but I don't know their names. I am trying to locate Isaac's parents and siblings. Would really appreciate any information about Isaac. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks -:)
