Mary/"Polly Herrington was born about 1809 in Canada (or possibly in New York). She married Clark W. Richardson on 4 June 1818 at Brockville, Ontario, Canada. The couple later moved to the U.S.A. and appear in the 1850 U.S. federal census for York, Dupage County, Illinois.

I think Polly may be the Polly Richardson ("wife of C. W.

Lorinda, b. 1833 in Canada
Amos, b. ca 1837 in Canada
Edwin, b. 1842 in Canada
Richard, b. ca 1843 in Canada or Illinois

Lonzo or Eli Alonzo, b. 1851 in Pennsylvania
Anne, b. 1855 in Pennsylvania
