ok, i get confuzed with how all these seemed to have no imagination in naming their children...lol... anyhoo, was sent this:

1799 Tax List for Bourbon Co. KY - Smith Herron
1800 Tax List for Harrison Co. KY - Smith Herrin & William Herrin

Harrison Co. KY Court Records, Vol 2, Book A (1794-1806)
Summons to Smith Herron to appear in court to show cause why his children should not be apprenticed out.
William Woods, Joseph Sellers, and Mary Worrel are summond to give evidence in this matter.
Dec 1804, pg. 377

Gosh, the Woods, Sellers and Worrel names just keep poppin up too...

Could you tell me where the 1810 census listing is as i can't seem to find him...

1820 Harrison Co. Census
Elizabeth Herren 45+
1 male 16-26 (1794-1804)
1 male 10-16 (1804-1810)
3 females (16-26) 1794-1804)

One of the males is said to be Joseph b 1804 KY who went to Hendricks Co IN; married Louisa Ballard 22 Feb 1829 Hendricks Co IN
