long lost biological father and family Manuel Herrera reynosa mex?

My husband is trying to find his bio-father his name is/was , he may be dead now , is Manuel Herrera aka El Padrino back in the day. He was born in Concepcion Del Oro Mex in the 1930's or so. One of his daughters named Estella came looking for my husband,Armando Canales at his work in Mcallen Texas a few years ago but he did not keep in touch and now we cannot find that family she also has a sister name yolanda we beleive. Last known place of residency was either Reynosa Mex or Rio Bravo Mex If anyone has any info please let us know its very imortant we find the family we need some medical history.Thank you in advance Ps. He also had a son from anther lady so he is half brother to the two girls but we dont know his name
