Hi Patrick,
My Herr family came to Canada in 1831. I am not sure where in they came from. We think they were either from Clare or Limerick.
John Herr and Margaret Mary Collins had 4 children, that I believe were born in Ireland. Michael, William, John and Isabella. John Herr was my ggrandfather.
Any information on this family would be appreciated. John Herr was about 6 year old in 1831.
