OSWILLA "Billie" MOSSER HERR
Second of four children born to Duard and Catherine (Scott) Mosser in Cordova, Territory of Alaska. Met Duncan Herr there when he was with U.S. Coast Guard. Married in Seattle in 1939. Duncan died in 1987.
