This is my gggg grandfather that was in the Revolutionary War with the 1st Virginia State Regiment. I'm trying to find any info on this and his five brothers Peter, Matthew(with captain nash's company), John, James, and Philip Herndon they were all in the war. Also on Williams uncle Edward Herndon that was Captain in the Revolution and was Assistant Commissary General at Frederichsburg in 1780.

Any info on this or references will be alot of help THANKS
