I'm looking for information on the HERNANDEZ CORONADO family from Muzquiz Coahuila. I know my father, Eusebio Hernandez Coronado (married Sandra Luz Salinas Garcia of Acuna), was born to Rafael Hernandez and Jesusa Coronado at Hacienda San Miguel in 1946. His father was born there and so was his mother in the early 1900's. My grand parents,on my father' side, are Lazaro Hernandez and Quirina Carrera. I'm not sure where Quirina was born but Lazaro was also from Hacienda San Miguel. My father's mother, Jesusa, was born to Santana Coronado of San Miguel Hacienda and Lazara Frias. I'm not sure wher Lazara was born. My father has a brother, Lazaro Hernandez and a sister Siprina Hernandez (who lived in California). Don Lazaro was a citizen of Texas but lived in Acuna. My father has several brother's and sisters, Maria de Lourdes Hernandez, Rafael Hernandez, Junita Hernandez (Zavala). His aunt's name was Micaela Coronado of Acuna but she was probably born in Muzquiz Coahuila with her siste Jesusa.
My father's ancestry is from El Nacimiento in Muzquiz...all of his family is very dark and tall but resemble more of the Indian side in Muzquiz. I am the eldest sister, I have one brother, a younger sister and brother. I have always known there was something different about our family because 2 of us are very dark skinned (my younger sis & older broter) and 2 of us (me & my younger brother)are very fair. In school and even in our adult life, people have asked why two are dark and two are white...up until now I did not know but knowing that my ancestry comes from the Indians and perhaps the Seminole Negros that exited in Hacienda San Miguel, located in Muzquiz, explains so much.
