Hi,
I'm looking for information on some ancestors of mine. Is anybody else studying them or related to them ?
Starting from my GGG-Grandfather, until the end of my Hermann line:
1. Jacob Herrmann was born 15 Sep 1841 in Womrath / Koblenz, Germany and emigrated 1842 in Brasil. He died 23 Dec 1908 in Novo Hamburgo, RS, Brasil. Jacob married Catharina Lamb on 14 Jul 1861 in Picada 48, RS, Brasil.
Catharina Lamb was born 26 Mar 1844 in Bom Jardim/Ivotí, São Leopoldo, RS, Brasil. She died 9 Jun 1905 in Novo Hamburgo, RS, Brasil. Catharina was daughter of Johann Peter Lamb and Elisabeth Schmidt.
Jacob and Catharina had the following children: Jorge, Albino, Carlos, Jacob Filho, Reinaldo, Paola, Anita, N.N., Dionelia, Florentina, Carolina, Balduino, Prudencio and Emilio.
2. Georg Hermann was born 26 Sep 1797 in Panzweiler / Hunsrück, Germany. He married Anna Elisabeth Klein on 27 Apr 1834. Georg emigrated in Brasil with his wife and 2 sons.
3. Anna Elisabeth Klein was born 19 Jul 1807 in Womrath / Hunsrück, Germany.
4. Georg Hermann was born 13 Sep 1764 in Oppertshausen, Hunsrück, Germany. He died 20 Dec 1835 in Panzweiler / Hunsrück, Germany. Georg married Anna Eva Hermann on 18 Jan 1791.
5. Anna Eva Hermann was born 29 Jan 1768 in Panzweiler / Hunsrück, Germany. She died 6 Jan 1824 in Panzweiler / Hunsrück, Germany.
8. Georg Hermann was born 1 Jul 1731 in Oppertshausen, Hunsrück, Germany. He died 10 Dec 1771. Georg married Maria Catherina Frantz on 6 Feb 1758 in Womrath / Hunsrück, Germany.
9. Maria Catherina Frantz was born 14 Feb 1731 in Womrath / Hunsrück, Germany.
16. Johann Georg Hermann was born 15 Feb 1704 in Oppertshausen, Hunsrück, Germany. He died 3 Nov 1777. Johann married Maria Catherina Hermann.
17. Maria Catherina Hermann.
