ISO Sarah Craig Herman, d. Wyandotte, MI, early 1970's

Sarah Craig Herman m. Frederick J. "Rip" Kaufman, abt 1905-1910 prob. PA. He was a chemistry professor at Penn State Univ in the 1920s and later worked for various chemical industry firms.
Reputedly, Sarah was an only child and raised by her grandparents in PA.
Sarah and Frederick had sons Frederick Jr, Karl, and daughters Winifred (still alive), and Marcella (Marty). The couple lived in PA and MI; during WWII was in Chattanooga, TN. The couple moved to Wyandotte MI where he died in 1950 and she in the early 1970's.
