Can anyone please shed any light on Margaret Herbert,her parents or siblings based in the Toronto area?
Margaret Herbert was born abt 1838 in Ireland, and married probably in Canada, a James McSherry b. abt.1824 in Ireland.
He was the owner/captain of the schooner the "Belle Sheridan" which was wrecked in 1880 with the loss of his own life, plus three of their sons.
She was described as a nurse at birth of grandson John Raines in 1886.
In the Ca. 1881 Census, she is widowed and living with four of her children (as Nora is already married), at St. Lawrence Ward, Toronto, York, Ontario.
The family lived at 8, Esplanade Street, Toronto in 1880 to at least 1886.
They had the following children:

5 iv. Thomas (~1863-1880)
6 v. Nora E. (~1866-)
7 vi. Edward (~1867-1880)
8 vii. Mary (May) (1868-~1935)
