I am researching a Robert Boucher Herbert born about 1867 in gloucestershire gloucester according to the 1901 census i found Robert in, And James Boucher Herbert born about 1864 in gloucestershire gloucester also from the 1901 census i found James in.
According to Robert's marriage his father is John have not got a copy of Jame's marriage record to confirm that his father is also JOhn but i believe that they are brothers.
Robert married Charlotte Fanny Chappell in edmonton county middlesex in 1892 and James married Emma Stafford in Norwich Norfolk in 1887
James also had a son Reginald born in 1899 in Norwich that was named Reginald Boucher Herbert.
Anyone else have boucher as a middle name or have a Herbert that married a boucher, i believe it may be a last name.
I can not find a birth record for either man in the GRO index and do not know where to start looking in gloucester.
Any assistance appreciated
