Irish Herbert family: Henry Herbert 1811 of Dublin father of Hugh Milnes Herbert

I have ancestors Henry Herbert, ggg grandfather, 1811 of Dublin and his wife Mary c1814 (maiden name unknown, but possibly Milnes!) parents of Hugh Milnes Herbert 1829 born in Dublin married Sarah Ellen Warbrick b;1833. Hugh was known as 'Reuben' to add to the interest! Other possible siblings of Hugh 'Reuben' are not known of to date, he came over from Dublin and married Sarah Ellen Warbrick in Manchester Cathedral. In one census Hugh 'Reuben' is an 'owner of a warehouse of fancy goods' in the next census he's a 'commercial traveller'.

I am most interested in the Irish connection if any of you can help.
