Information sought about Capt. John Herbert who married Elizabeth Breach. Elizabeth married 2nd Jacob Phillip and became mother of Adm. Arthur Phillip Founder and First Governor of the colony of New South Wales. Also family of John Rogers Herbert RA of the Herberts of Eye, Suffolk and Maldon, Essex and their connection to a family of Monckton.
Time period 18th century.
