Rebecca Herald Mystery?

I was wondering if you all might be able to help me? I've been researching my gg grandmother Melinda Damron's ancestors and I had recenly come across a Rebecca Herald born in 1805 who married Moses Damron. Now I have a Rebecca Herald who was the sister of James Riley Herald, Jr (my gg grandfather) and daughter of James Riley Herald, Sr. (my ggg grandfather) but she would have been too young to be the one who married Moses. I have James, Sr as B: 1821 D: 1876 and his father William Herald as B: 1763 D: 1853? With the Rebecca Herald I found in the 1850 census being born around 1805 I'm trying to figure out if she is a much younger sister of William Herald or a much older sister of James, Sr. if at all? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
