I'm a descendant. Caleb and Lize (Tege) are my great-great-great-great grandparents. Their daughter, Rebecca Heptinstall married Bluford Hutts in Frankline Co, Va. It seems they moved to Callaway County MO at some point. Their daughter Martha Jane Hutts married Hugh Smith True there (the True's came from Owen County Missouri). Martha Jane Hutts and Hugh S. True had a daughter named Valma True, who married Oliver Schormann. Valma and Oliver had a daughter named Ethel, my grandma. Ethel married James Pettus, who had a daughter named Elaine, my mother. So the Heptinstall's go way back on my family tree, all maternal. It was Rebecca Heptinstall and Bluford Hutts who moved to Callaway Co. Missouri (near Columbia). My family's been in and around St. Louis since then until recently. How are you related? This is very interesting.
