hi Steve,
When it comes to John's & Henwood's its like looking for Smith or Jones. I know of branches with more that four in a family. Thomas is another common name.
Many Henwood's imagrated from the UK in the early days to US, canada & Australia.
I have managed back to 1814 so far only two John's in our lot. One blinded by fever at age 2-11. The other John Henry B: 1884.
Check UK census & BDM sites seatch for John Henwood you will lots of hits.
