My Henthorn family line descends from James b. Ireland, William b. 1741. My great grandfather, Elijah Henthorne b. 1803 VA near what is now Wheeling WVA. His wife #2, Mary Alstott m. 01 Jan 1851 in Clark Co. IN. Their dau Rose Caroline Henthorne Allen was my grandmother b. Otisco, Clark Co IN 1865. I have been unable to prove Elijah's parentage - conflicting research by deceased family member - one report, it was John b. 1776; other lists Robert b. 1770. I have information willing to share - interested in contact with other Henthorn researchers. Thanks in advance! Florence Allen Hunstein
