The data I have on the Hensarling line is as follows: (corrections or information appreciated) My husband's grandmother was Catherine Eveline Hensarling m John Henry Sumrall in Ms. She was b 29 August 1866 in Perry Co Ms, daughter of Louis Samuel Hensarling and Martha Easterling. (I have seen Louis spelled as Lewis and do not know which is correct.) Louis was b 27 Feb 1839 where?, d 24 Sep 1898 in St Augustine Altonia Tx. I have Louis Samuel Hensarling's 2nd wife as Nellie Runnels and his father to be Louis L. Hensarling b abt 1792 m Margaret Emaline Mott in Mobile Al 14 Oct 1828. Children: Jesse C., Rebecca, Abraham, Louisa, Louis Samuel.

I met Nolan Hensarling some years ago through family research. He was helping with the Sumrall and Easterling lines and at that time did not have a lot of Hensarling data. I'm sure that the book on Angelina Co was written after we were exchanging data on the Sumrall and Easterling lines which were published some time ago. He was very influencial in getting our lines into that publication. Is it possible to get access to the book on Angelina Co?

I would appreciate any help that you or others can give.
