Thank you for this great compilation of census records for E.F.Henry. I have been working on this relationship for several years. If E.F. Henry is a "brother-in-law" to Henry Kreis (at stated in 1900 Chicago Census, then is it through his wife's sibling or his own sibling?

Seeing this record of Edward Everett Henry's life, it seems that he may just have been a lodger. Perhaps the tag "brother-in-law" was a mistake.

I have tracked Henry Kreis to Irvington, Essex, NJ where he went after his divorce from Mary Carney in 1906. He seems to have lost touch with his "first" family back in Chicago. He married Henrietta Hausmann Williams, who was a character witness for him at his divorce hearing.

Thank you again, Susan, for this random act of genealogical kindness.
