Payne Henyon, 1820 pension list, NY / CT

Corporal Payne Henyon appears on a pension list of 1820 from New York but he is listed for Connecticut. I requested his pension record from both states with no luck. Does anyone know the parents of Payne? Any ideas on the best way to get this pension? Has anyone had experience at the military archives near Harrisburg, PA? I will be in that area this year. Thanks for any ideas or advice.
