Specification of Michael Henninger
Whereas he now lies on a sick-bed and knowing not how it may please God to deal with him; So will he in good will and understanding, have it set down how it shall be managed after his death.
Firstly, One hundred and fifty pounds in money shall fall to Michael Henningers Wife Anna Maria who shall put out the farm and receive the Interest thereof for her support, besides the Reservations from the mill which his son Conrad hath; But should she marry again, then shall one hundred pounds fall back again to the children or their heirs, but should she not marry again and like not to live with her children, then my son Conrad shall build her a House for her to dwell in.
Secondly, My wife Anna Maria shall keep her bed, her chest, and an Iron Pott and a small Iron Kettle.
As my Son Conrad hath the Mill of his Fathers who gave it to him One Hundred Pounds cheaper, So shall all three children have equal shares of my Inheritance and none of them shall make any further Pretentions or inherit anymore than the others.
This done the 9th February My Wife Anna Maria shall
Anno 1763 have Executorship Overall
