Yes Conrad/Conrod is his son and i would only assume they had no children in their long ordeal of coming to new world. There is always the possibility they lost children during their travels, but i am sure if so Rick would have found and published in his book on W.K. Henninger. I will post his first will made in 1763 and it will clear or make more unclear if Anna Maria is Conrads mother.
