I have a few questions for the astute Henninger researchers. In copies of the wills of Hans Michael Henninger in Maxatawny, Berks Co. Pa., in first will Hans Michael Sr. leaves his worldly goods to his wife and his 3 children and grandchildren with Hans Michael Henninger(younger) as executor along with overall executorship going to wife Anna Maria. Conrad gets the mill that is already given to him and all 3 children get equal share of estate. This will was written in 1763 during a bout of illness to Michael Sr. In 1774 at his death in home of Maria Rosina and Martin Kinkinger, Michael makes his final will written by Martin Kinkinger or Nicholas Hermany and names the same 3 children again less wife Anna Maria(deceased),and son Michael(who he says is deceased), but adds Michael Jr.'s widow and 3 children. He also makes Martin Kinkinger his son in law married to Maria Rosina and his other son in law in Philadelphia Peter Paris his executors. Would this be the same Peter Incubius that is listed as having a child with Maria Rosina Henninger? Were her and Peter married, or was child illegitimate? How does 10 children get attributed to this couple? Is it because every Henninger in this time frame is suppose to be from Hans Michael Henninger Sr.? Hans Michael Jr. wrote his only will in Dec 1770 and his witnesses were called in Feb of 1771 to confirm they did witness the writing of will after his death. Hans Michael Sr estate paid expenses for a funeral and burial, but find no expenses for funeral of Hans Michael Jr. Did he die or disappear and assumed dead? Who are the parents of the other Henningers in Berks Co. if not claimed by Hans Michael Sr.? How many of Hans Michael Henningers nephews came to Pa. in same time frame, and their calculated birthdates picked up from later census reports made them subject to be children of Michael and Anna Maria? Thanks in advance for anyone answering one or all of the above questions.
