My great great grandmother was Elizabeth Henning from County Down (I believe). She married and went to Australia with her army husband. On their return they discovered her entire family had emigrated to USA and they never again were in touch.
The records in Ireland have been lost due to a fire and I am unable to ascertain who Elizabeth´s father and mother were, or who her siblings were. If anyone has any knowledge of a family who came over due to the famine, please let me know.
