Ambrose Hennigan private enlisted 2 Sept. 1863 in Kaufman Co. Texas. Ambrose was 37 years old and a farmer from Ala. He is on the 1862 Militia Roll from precinct 5. Also Ambrose Hennigan 37 year old from Ala. enlisted in Kaufman Co. Texas, and served with Company E/D 20th Texas Calvary.
