Dear Eileen:

Hope you still check this forum.

My brother-in-law's father was Martin Hennessey (1926-1997), born in Philadelphia. His father was also Martin Hennessey, born about 1903 in Pennsylvania. This Martin and his younger brother William were renovators of stone buildings. I found them in the 1930 census. They stated in that census that their father was also born in Pennsylvania, but family lore has it, that he was from Massachusetts and his name was also Martin. Have not been able to find any of them in 1920, 1910, 1900 census'.

Do you know anthing more on your Martin?

Pam
