Hi there,
thanks for the information. I think my Uncle Colin knows Janet.I have never met her at all. I think my Dad and my Uncle used to visit with Janet's Mum when they were children, when she lived at Ironbridge from what I have been told. I would love to hear from her and to learn more about the family.
I have learned in the last few days that Esther Wright and John William Henn apparently had 14 children and only 8 survived. These children that survived were Frank, Harry, Cyril,Esther,Florence,Doris,Ruby and Rose. I only knew My Gran Ruby, and Great Aunts Floss,Doll and Rose. My Uncle visited with Harry last year and he has 3 girls, two of which still live in Erdington and Cyril had one son named John.Apparently all the brothers,Frank,Harry and Cyril have now passed away and so has Cyrils son John. I am not aware of Franks family at all or whether Harry's daughters or Cyrils Son John had any children of their own.
I hope this helps you.I was told this information by Rose's daughter, June (my Dad's cousin)who I am in constant touch with.
Thanks again for the info.Talk to you soon Vicki,
