Where was your Hendricks from in Mecklenburg County? I believe the Taylors were in the eastern section. I have a book with the cemeteries of Meck. Co. and there are a lot of Hendricks from that area and I know the Taylors are from eastern Meck. It's not far from the Little Buffalo Creek area, but they are on different censuses. and I feel like they are prpb related. I ran across them and the Taylors in searching for relatives of Robert Burton Newton. Some of that family married Taylors. I can tell you some if you are interested. They lived in the Keith's Branch are which is under water since the dam was built. Thanks
