I have a copy of a book by Alfred E. Hendershot called Genealogy of the Hendershot Family in America.This shows Daniel Boone Hendershot, b 10/3/1796 in New Jersey. Died 1883 in Belmont County, Ohio.Md 8/12/1819 in Belmont County to Mary Brewer, b 10/17/1800 in Belmont County, died 1870, with 10 children, all born Belmont County, OH:
Jacob b 7/16/1820
Lydia b 1821, died 1905
James b 2/28/1823, went to Owen Co, Indiana
Mary Elizabeth b 1824, married Job Hall
Hannah Mariah, married Michael Loy
Clarissa
Matilda Jane

According to this book, Daniel had one sister, Angeline, b 1804 and seven step-brothers and sisters by Michael's 2nd wife.
