I am looking for my gg grandmother, Malinda Charlotte Hendershot b. about 1830, possibly in Ohio or Pennsylvania. She married James Harvey Still (date unknown) and their first child, Elizabeth, was born in 1851. John J.(or F.) was born in 1856 and my g grandfather, Joseph Harvey Still, was born in 1861. James and Malinda (or Harvey and Charlotte as they were listed in the 1860 census) are shown as living in Meigs County, Ohio, in the 1860 and 1870 census and Washington County, Ohio in the 1850 census. James Harvey died in 1871 and is buried in Meigs County. Malinda is not listed in the cemetery records as having been buried with him. I can find nothing else on Malinda Charlotte. It's possible that she remarried after James Harvey's death. The Hendershot name was found on Joseph Harvey's death certificate as his mother's maiden name. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. I have been trying to break through this brick wall for almost 10 years now.
