I sent a message to Ruth Hall who has a great site giving the genealogy of Mary Babb Wilson Hempenstall. I ask if she had any record of when and where Mary died and where she was buried.

I found another reference that Abraham Hempemstall married Mary Wilson (Capt. Samuel's widow) ca. 1775.

From Deedbook records, Pendleton County, WV.
1 July 1793 Abraham and Mary Hempenstall to William Wilson (my ancestor). 112 acres on waters of Bullpasture, no adjoiners named. Consideration:100 lbs. VA. Signed Abraham Hempenstall and Mary Hempenstall. Witnesses: none. Acknowledged by both in court, 1 July 1793. No delivery shown recorded: 1:252-253

Doe Hill where these persons were located was at one time part of Bath Co., VA, Pendleton Co., (now WV) and Highland Co., VA
