Thomas died in 1872 in Alpine, Utah and Martha died in 1872 in Kirkby in Ashfield, Notts. Thomas appears to have gone over to Utah in 1864. Does anybody know why Martha didn't accompany him and/or why she is listed as a widow in 1871?
