I read in the paper today, about a Helton being killed over in Iraq. He was Air Force 1st Lt. Joseph D. Helton, age 24, from Monroe, GA. He died Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2009, near Baghdad when enemy forces attacked his vehicle with an improvised explosive. May Joseph rest in peace.
