She is the daughter of Jurg Frederick Hiltzebeck / Helsabeck / Hilsabeck.
Jurg was born in Heidleberg, Inderpfalz, Germany on March 05, 1729/30 and died in Stokes County, North Carolina on September 01, 1799.He left Germany on the ship Beulah and arrived in the port of Pennsylvania in 1752.Jurg married Catharina Bertsch on May 26, 1757 in the Vicent Township, Trapp, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She was born in Scherze, Pfigsten, Germany on January 13, 1733/34 and died after 1810 in Stokes County, North Carolina. They left Pennsylvania sometime around 1766 and moved their family to Stokes County. They settled close to the Morivan settlement of Wachovia.
She married Peter Binkley on October 22, 1799.
